our new 300 Series lateral Sectional

The
Lateral Sectional File is available
in Walnut, Oak and Birch wood with
solid hardwood drawer fronts machined
to match the sectional raised panel
door option. Solid hardwood ends are
glued up, machined and mounted on
a solid wood frame of mortise and
tenon assembly secured with glue and
heavy gauge staples. Solid wood top
rails and hardwood plywood backs are
stapled into place to give each unit
strength and rigidity. Finally, a
Hale craftsman will install the file
drawer using sturdy, 150 lb. capacity
steel ball bearing drawer slides that
will allow a cushioned ride when being
used.
Each
of the interlocking Lateral Sectional
Files is secured with the others in
a stack with the use of a phillips
head screwdriver. Stability will be
assured through the installation of
an "Anti-tip" drawer locking
system that will allow for the use
of every drawer.
The
new Lateral Sectional File is offered
in all Hale's standard finishes and
guaranteed against defects in material
and workmanship for five years.

to be compatible with the 300 line
sectional series for office systems
installation or as a stand-alone
unit for your filing or storage
needs. The Lateral Sectional File
is an elegant addition to any office,
den or room.
The
leg base and separate top allows
the stackable Lateral Sectional
File to be put together to meet
individual space and use requirements.
When stacked one, two or three high,
the Lateral Sectional File has the
same height and width as a 314 sectional
unit with a depth of 19% inches.
This allows for uniform overall
height in a run of side to side
groupings with stacks of regular
sectionals. The leg base and crown
top are similarly the same in height
and width as the 300 sectional series.
